Natural State Wild Med is proud to be an approved American Heart Association aligned training site.
Natural State Wild Med is aligned with Baptist Health in Little Rock, Arkansas, an American Heart Association Training Center.
With two available, certified instructors on staff, we are able to offer AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Heartsaver®. Course descriptions are below and more information is available at the AHA website.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
The American Heart Association’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate breaths and ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. The course reflects science and education from the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).
Heartsaver®
The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver® portfolio delivers first aid, CPR, AED, and safety training for anyone—at work, school, or home. Successful completion earns a two-year course completion card.
